• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within a structured R&D environment
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams and functions in an international context
• Well-developed organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex environments
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)

• Coordinate project activities across global and regional R&D teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
• Monitor project performance in terms of timeline, cost, and deliverables, and provide regular progress updates.
• Support planning, tracking, and follow-up of key project milestones Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, escalations, and change requests.
• Ensure the availability, quality, and consistency of project documentation and governance materials.
